1. Domestic Shipping Policy
Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on working days (Monday – Saturday) are packaged with multi-layer bubble wrap and velvet storage pouches for same-day dispatch from our Ludhiana facility.
- Metro Cities (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Kolkata, Chennai): 2 to 3 working days.
- Rest of India (Tier 2/3 cities & regional hubs): 3 to 5 working days.
- Remote / Northeast regions: 5 to 7 working days via Speed Post / BlueDart Air.
- Every parcel is 100% insured against loss or damage in transit until safely signed by you.
2. Hassle-Free 7-Day Returns & Exchanges
We want you to feel completely radiant in your Jewora pieces. If an item arrives damaged, has sizing discrepancies, or does not match your expectations:
- Initiate a request within 7 calendar days of delivery via email to support@jeworastore.com or WhatsApp concierge at +91 98765 43210.
- Include your 4-digit Order Number and a short unboxing photo or video showing the jewelry and security tag.
- Our logistics partner will schedule a complimentary reverse pickup from your doorstep.
- Once inspected at our Ludhiana quality desk, your exchange replacement will be dispatched within 24 hours, or a full refund will be credited back to your original payment mode or bank account (for COD).
3. Condition for Returns
To be eligible for an exchange or refund, items must be in unused, unwashed condition with original security tag intact and returned in the branded Jewora presentation box and velvet pouch. Custom-engraved or specially altered bridal items are non-returnable unless defective.
